Brandon Morgan has a degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Science, is an N.S.C.A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a C.I.S.S.N Certified Sports Nutritionist, and an A.C.E Certified Personal Trainer. Furthermore, he is a certified member of the Society for Sports Neuroscience, and is in the process of writing a portion of the "MMA Conditioning Specialization" course for the National Academy of Sports Medicine . In addition, he is a 3rd degree black belt in Japanese Jiu Jitsu, a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and studies the Filipino martial arts. He has adopted many Jeet Kune Do philosophies after training at numerous seminars, and is a firm believer in Bruce Lees idea of “absorb what is useful, discard what is useless, and add what is uniquely your own”. This philosophy allows him to continually maximize effectiveness in fitness, nutrition, martial arts, and sport science. Brandon has been teaching the martial arts and running fitness programs since he was a teenager. Working with hundreds of children, teens, & adults over the years teaching the martial arts at numerous academy’s, camps, and colleges. More recently he has assisted with Strength & Conditioning for Division 1 athletes at colleges & private facilities, has worked with professional Mixed Martial Arts fighters, and has transformed the body’s/health of many individuals in the general population as well.
