B-Mo Fit: Train like an MMA Fighter Program

 An online program designed to help you train like a mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter and improve your overall fitness, strength, and agility.

Our program is based on the training methods used by professional MMA fighters, who need to be in peak physical condition to compete in the octagon. With the online program, you can access high-intensity workouts that combine cardio, strength training, and functional exercises from the comfort of your own home or gym.

By signing up, you will receive:

  • Personalized workouts: You will receive a customized workout plan for each of your fitness goals, current fitness level, and preferred training style.
  • Nutrition tracking: The app includes a nutrition tracking feature that allows you to log food intake and track macronutrient/micronutrient and calorie intake. This feature can help you stay on track with nutrition goals and make sure you're fueling the body for optimal performance.

  • One-rep max estimations: The app also has a one-rep max estimation feature that can help you determine strength levels and track your progress over time.
  • Progress achievements: The app offers progress achievement badges that you can earn for reaching milestones in your fitness journey. 

Here's what you can expect from the program: 

  •  Strength and Power Training: MMA fighters need to be strong and explosive to deliver knockout punches and takedowns. The program includes: Weightlifting, resistance training, and exercises that emphasize explosive movements to help you build strength and power in your upper body, lower body, and core.
  • Conditioning: MMA fighters need to have excellent cardiovascular endurance to go the distance in the octagon. The program includes workouts that focus on improving your endurance through intense bursts of activity followed by rest periods.
  • Agility and coordination: MMA fighters need to be quick on their feet and coordinated in their movements. Our program includes drills and exercises that will improve your footwork, balance, and overall agility. 
  • Mobility and injury prevention: MMA fighters need to have good mobility and prevent injuries to perform at their best. Our program includes exercises that improve your range of motion, joint mobility, and muscular balance, helping you reduce your risk of injury.
